That’s exactly why we created the fiberior UD-Tape Starter Package.

It gives companies the opportunity to receive a first custom tape batch for real technical testing — for example in:

• material trials
• prototype manufacturing
• local reinforcement of highly loaded component areas
• process trials with compression molding, winding, tape placement or hybrid injection molding

The Starter Package includes up to 10 kg of custom-made UD-tape, technical alignment on the application, selection of suitable fiber-matrix combinations based on feasibility, and basic documentation on material, width, thickness and processing guidance.

Our goal is simple: to make the entry into continuous fiber-reinforced thermoplastics as concrete, practical and application-oriented as possible.
